Playful typography
Came across these banners when I was walking home one day. It is located outside a restaurant/bar name ‘Trunk’. I’ve always like this restaurant/bar because of the romantic atmosphere. I love how beautiful it is when you look at it at night. Anyways, I saw the banners one day and thought that the typography is really fun and playful. It is the imperfection that makes it attractive. The different sizes of the typography and it is not arranged in a straight line. I wouldn’t have stop and look at it if it is neat and tidy. So, I think that it is not necessary to make it perfect in order to attract attention. In fact, it is the imperfection that caught my attention in the first place.
