Based in Brooklyn (by way of Hait)i, Moxiie has slowly been building up hype for the past year or so with her work. Now she captivates us with the siren-like vibes of new single ‘FVRS’ (or ‘Favors’).

Produced by Fredrik "Fredro" Odesjo, woozing glitches and piano hits caress a commanding drum chug and thick bass line like the finest 90s RnB throwback, while Moxiie’s falsetto recalls FKA twigs’ ‘Two Weeks,’ elevating the track to even dreamier heights. ‘FVRS’ is indeed seductive, but it also exposes a raw vulnerability in Moxiie that just can’t be faked.

‘FVRS’ comes from Moxiie’s upcoming Yoüng Blk Madonna Project, out later in the year.

FVRS, pronounced “favors”, comes from an electro R&B and pop artist named Moxiie. The New York based singer songwriter makes a grand statement with her tempestuous new song. Moxiie’s breathy spectacular voice quivers and flutters bewitchingly, bringing to mind FKA Twigs. But unlike the jittery dark atmosphere of FKA Twigs' music, Moxiie’s FVRS is satin sensual and glossy smooth. The rippling song, produced by Fredro, is the first installment from Moxiie’s up and coming EP, Yoüng Blk Madonna Project.
