Between DIET, EXERCISE & SAVVI, I think I'm looking better and better. Still got about 45-52 lbs to go but This is the lowest have been since about last March-ish 2018. Before my thyroid levels went wild again (due to starting birth control,I believe. Who knows....) One of my favorite things to do for my little girl she was a baby was make her baby food. Sounds much more tedious and pretentious than it is. The Baby Bullet Makes it easy peasy. I made bananas and baked honey crisp apple sauce. It's freakin delish. I'm excited to make more fun stuff! Sometimes you just have to take care of yourself. Actually ALL THE TIME you should be taking care of yourself. Don’t expect to be able to take care of yourself OR your family or your friends if you’re not taking care of yourself. That’s just not how it works. That being said, today I started a new chapter. I started with a Life Coach+Counselor To help me get all my ducks in a row. I have a lot of ducks🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆. Not real ones, just metaphorically speaking. But I do have my hands in a lot of things to progress my life to where I want it to be. I just wanted a tour guide. So I asked for help. I’m not ashamed of it, I’m actually very proud of it. I do not see it as a weakness but rather as I see it as a strength. Because I know that I have got to take steps to make myself feel whole and feel strong and feel prepared in order to help myself and help others. And of course I decided to go to the park for this appointment because it’s beautiful. Day 5 (ya, I'm a day behind. But I will be doing the rest day roll out (Day 6) this evening too. It's good that today is not a running day since it's been raining all day. Lower body day was tough but awesome. It is my fave so far. I could definitely tell I was using larger muscle groups. But it was great. It is another one that I look forward to going again to see how much I have improved. I'm really loving this program. Shaks and all. I'm feeling more alive inside and out.
