winona took a deep breath and allowed her eyes to slowly close shut as drops of rain sporadically fell in contact with her face. seemed like everything in her life was going haywire and she had no way of getting a handle on things. and as if the parting of her and callum wasn't hard enough, here she was, yet again, seemingly depending on him. needing him. and not just because of her predicament with the car but also with what lead to the keys getting locked into the car in the first place. her head was scrambled and although she hated to admit it, the parting was having quite an impact on her. from the sleepless nights to the inability to focus. feeling her phone buzz, she diverted her attention to her phone screen that lit up. although the text should of gave her a sense of relief, it didn't. because she would have to face callum and potentially addressed everything they left unsaid that night weeks ago. as if she hadn't done it prior to settling to reach out, she yanked aggressively at the door handle of the car repeatedly. desperately hoping it would swing open and solve her issue. slipping the phone in her back pocket, she rested her body against the car hopelessly and waited for him to show.
