Hey, kinda sorry for asking, but what is Alex Shot Cupid AU about?
No need to apologise, I don't mind answering questions about my au's/Stories. I love to talk about them. I just struggle not to spoil them XD
I did try to get the basic info down. Sorry that it's still a slightly long read though. ^^'
Alex shot cupid is a storyline I made about Alex shooting Julius, a cupid sent to the mortal realm on a mission, by accident. This turns him mortal and the 2 go through a bunch of Alex's missions while Julius is trying to get used to being mortal and figure out how to turn back.
(Since Oswald and Mickey begin to look for him once he doesn't return for a monthly report.)
The story isn't really put together exactly but I do know how it would end and with bits/pieces.
I do however have the history of the story very well planned out. It actually pushes most of the story forwards and explains a lot about Alex and even Felix.
Felix is fighting with survivor's guilt and trauma-induced nightmares.
Alex is also struggling with guilt and regrets, but they are from more than the disaster since he'd been neglected since he was young.
(Along with other too spoilory things to say ^^')
But Laura is there to support her cousin's.
The main background of it all starts with the disaster that had stemmed from a cult bringing an old forgotten god, Afe, to their world and wreaking havoc by turning toons to stone.
Felix ended up killing Afe's physical form, which was a dragon, but it cost him and Alex's magic. (Their Zany-ness if you will.)
So the whole story is dealing with the aftermath and trying to stop Afe from returning. Along with the sickness Afe's possession leaves behind on people which is called Petr-afe. It slowly turns them to stone through nightmares.
(Felix is sick but for some reason he doesn't turn to stone which is a spoiler plot point I won't divulge.)
There is another major plot point that deals mainly with Alex and why he was taken in by Yen Sid as a child, but that one leads into the spoilers as well.
I'm sorry if this wasn't a good summary, but I'm not good at summarizing this story for some reason.
