Saw something annoying so now I have to cleanse my mind and counter the annoyance.
I think gabi had a crush on reiner that even she didn't know about. Have you seen how much falco looks like baby reiner? Gabi saw those pictures of reiner, and heard all the stories and wanted to be him just as much as she wanted to be with him. It's only after a few years with falco that she realises what (who) she really wants. I also love the way she goes "dude take care of your mom" and it's unsaid that if you don't, I will.
