Had fun time in Toronto yesterday while waiting for my interview and leaving to head to class afterwards. The Gallaria, I believe is called, is now known as The Divine Food Building as the downstairs level is... a giant food court. What more could a Divine Food Building need? The reassuring touch that was meant by the resting of Gallaria’s hand drew the Courier’s gaze, briefly puzzled by what was meant. They shared a unifying fondness for whiskey, and a few points of stories beyond that, aspects of life any confessor exchanged a taste of amber for. It did not bind the woman’s soul to her side exactly, and so the promise meant by the touch fell mostly empty on Safrona. People came, and people went, and the Courier never expected too much from it all.

Still, the Void elf played up the practiced nature of her smile and played along. To have one of the Sin’dorei still reach for her during such tense times in Azeroth in such a way was uplifting. “No worries, lovely girl,” she murmured gently, dismissively, turning attention back to the flow of business.

Especially lately, it’s something that has unusually been nagging at me in the back of my mind, you know? I just can’t help but think if maybe I would have stabbed that baker in the hand she would have included free cookies from being so scared. “When they’re given room to grow, ” the Courier answered quietly, speaking with a nearly hesitant experience. “An afflicted mind’s a breeding ground for any sort of fright, day or night.”

Safrona tried a smile, trying to dismiss the question under a hardened curve of lips. “Unless something’s plaguing you, maybe we can digest less brooding conversation, lovely girl?”
