Saint-Germain knows that there are multiple islands to explore--she parsed that much from the announcement, even though she was far more focused on the burning hatred she was feeling for the ones giving it--so she’s scoped out the four places, building an opinion on each of them. While she’s never been much of a scavenger or anything like that, she is interested in seeing what sort of state these ships are in, as well as perhaps trying to determine if they’re all from the same time period. Maybe even go a little nuts and compare the different types of wood and sails, if she can.
(She’s really, really bored.)
As she softly lands on one of the broken ships (having scoped it out from the sky), she glances around, and upon not seeing anyone, decides to walk towards where she assumes the captain’s cabin is. Perhaps there’ll be some sort of journal or record chronicling the last moments of the ship before it was torn asunder by thunderous waves. Despite having seen (and caused) a lot of death in her life, the ways people react always fascinate her. Without much regard, she opens the door--
--only to find that there’s already a man sitting in a chair behind a desk, leaning back as he drinks something out of a golden goblet.
She sighs. Well, there aren’t that many ships. The likelihood she’ll find a truly abandoned one is slim.
Without a word, she enters the room, turns to the side, and begins rummaging through a closet. Perhaps if she doesn’t interact with him, he won’t interact with her. Wouldn’t that be nice?
