Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thin fries. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F 230C. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the fries. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
