Nasty people are the depravity of the human race... all sources of evil evolve from there. Their minds are really weird differently than the normal and average person. It is the way they think, the way they see the world, the way they talk... they can turn something normal and inoffensive into a full shit-show.

It doesn't get lower than that. How to counterattack what they do to others is a whole different kind of diversion. You either step away and watch their repugnant-self or you crush them down at their games.

But they are truly evil.
