"Darah itu merah
darahku, kutukanku
tanganmu di pundakku
kutukanku menjadi berkah
Jadilah sayapku
membawaku terbang tinggi mengangkasa
jadilah kekuatanku
untuk bangkit selalu membela kebenaran
Aku mungkin bisa melaju cepat
namun bersama
kita bisa melangkah jauh
Aku berdamai dengan diriku"

Recently I told a friend I was missing Ravage mode. And boom it came back.
Happy it is back but they changed the game play and I am a bit sad.
It was already intense before but now it is beyond intense. You really need to be good at all the heroes you have chosen (or not actually I am only average good with all the chosen ones, laugh, Gatot is the only one I am good at) + your two partners need to be good too and know when they need to hide or who they are supposed to protect.
You need heroes with high mobility + crowd control + damage. I used to have Akai as tank due to his first skill lets him escape + shield. And Ruby for fighter role for great team fight and as protector. But then I realised Guinevere would do the job better since she can easily change all her items to suit the situation better. She is one of the few heroes who can use all kind of items (such like Nana). She might be listed under Mage, but she can easily use Physical items to output DPS dmg or full tank items to become tanky for her team. And of course full magical items is still the most preferable build.
Winning is so much harder, I acutally lost quite a few games prio to this. But I guess after a whole day, players might know what to do now.
Which are your more preferable heroes to use in Ravage Mode?

Gibberish inc!
I was spamming lots of Arcade Modes and when it was over I was playing mostly survival or brawl. And I haven’t really tried out any of the new heroes. Lylia is the newest mage but she isn’t really my cup of tea (I just don’t know how to time her bombs).
So in a casual way I would play a couple of Rank Games every now and then with 2 friends (mix of solo/duo/trio). So I made it to Mythic Tier after 10 Seasons of playing! It pretty much happened in the most natural or rather unexpected way. I am usually just content being in Legend Tier for the rewards (same rewards as mythic).
Gatotkaca covered roughly 80% of the Rank Games I played with. Occasionally I would use other support heroes, if my team already got a tank and they don’t want to duo tank.
A lot of player say or recommend to play Damage Heroes/Carry Heroes, in my opinion you don’t have to. Although choosing heroes during pick & ban is important it isn’t what makes you win. Especially hanging on high Legend and meeting many Mythic players through both Classic and Rank recently, made me realize, the deciding factor of the winning team is fast Rotation on the map.
The most basic laning strategy for me is 1-2-2 or 2-2-1 or 1-3-1. And what happens is that the duo partner on the mid-lane need to clear wave fast, get buff and move on to the side-lanes to help gank fast. Or if the side-lane’s duo is quick they will come to mid to help gank mid-lane to secure kills. Never ever stay in the lane for too long, you need to keep moving. Of course the one in jungle or the support/tank in mid need to move a lot more. Sometimes I find myself starting from mid, go top, go back to mid, go to jungle, go to turtle, go to bot, go back to top etc.. Just keep moving, go back to base to heal and move out again. Watch mini-map as much as possible and notify with SS. The Rotation happens so fast. And if enemy team rotate faster and your team still won’t rotate then you know the game is pretty much doomed. You can’t really do an Epic comeback.
That’s what happened to the lost game for me when I needed 1 more star to hit Mythic. We lagged behind too much with 11 vs 25 kills. Enemies lowest gold was 5.4k and our highest was 6.3k such difference is hard to catch up unless enemies pause the game.
What I want to say the most is stay true to yourself and play the hero you feel most comfortable with. Nothing is impossible. Of course adapting to your team need is also important. So learning at least 3 different roles/classes (not heroes but the actually classes ie Tank/Mage/Fighter/Assassin/Support/MM) is really needed once you hit Epic Tier to easier compose a flexible team to do the rotation.
Personally for me it doesn’t matter if my team want duo MM or duo Mage, but at least not 1 tank and 4 squishes, the whole team becomes very vulnerable against enemy team if they got 1 good Assassin burst.
4 days to go, rush the rank games ^^ good luck and enjoy.
