on the last picture is the company that occupies a three-story building on N street! there are 6 flats in total, two on each floor. flat number 5 constantly changes owners (for some unfathomable reason people keep moving out of there). all of them know each other and share a backyard so... you could say they are a family

meanwhile he is rapidly joining the oc circle. gonna call him Gatta... Gattamelata if you will

you are familiar with the source of inspiration for akira n gatta (gk) and while im interested in gk sugimoto n ogata & their relationship, the former two are where im channeling my thoughts. you’ve noticed that i like ogata a lot and i do! its very hard to describe where what ends and starts; i like him as a character, i would not want to ever meet him as a person, i feel like i can relate to him (??) but he’s too black n white. gatta is not ogata and that brings me comfort. i can treat him like a real human and i can merge myself with him and i can understand him (its a win-win really, i understand and create at the same time) and thus... i can be certain that all of this is going to work out

im not getting off angst .. and idk fully why i put my characters through the meatgrinder of life, but i think.. its because that way you and they can really understand themselves. nor kira or gatta are stable and they both have an approach to existing that would be very hard to fit in this life and maybe they hurt but its just the way life flows, not like pain, its just life, different textures of life, no good or bad. they hurt each other but through that “meatgrinder” they come to realize how others presence affects them and they stick together because it works or it doesnt but you just want to stick around?
