For ship bingo: Gavelworth, Langworth, and Langvelle
Special guys. Instantly got captivated by the chemistry. Two different genres of men who think they're insanely cool but are actually lame nerds. While the sexual tension between them is obvious and memed to oblivion, i never saw their relationship as purely a fling like the fandom tends to paint it (holding myself back from turning a shipping rant into a fandom rant) -- a chance of not working out exists in every relationship ofc, and in their case long distance becomes an obstacle, but they have lots in common outside of sex. Also their interest is mutual! Miles was intrigued by Lang the moment they met and was determined to help him in both games. I really really would like to see them as an investigating duo, they work perfectly together. I'm not rly langworthpilled nowadays in terms of making art but maybe I'll get inspired later :3
After shipping Miles with his hot rival in aai it was only logical to ship him with his hot rival in aai2. Well i was right. Verity is a great opponent & mirror character for Miles, their relationship felt dynamic and it was interesting to watch them slowly getting to respect and empathize w each other, while still having a lot to learn. I have a soft spot for professional people awkwardly learning to express their feelings, it's super sweet especially when it's them. It creates potential for the Sillies even with seemingly uptight characters, you can't convince me Verity isn't actually a huge dork :3 honestly was a bit surprised that it's not popular at all even among people who dabble in Miles f/m ships but whatever, sending my support to the shippers! Again not super inspired right now, but might draw something with them later!
Again enjoying it purely by proxy of smashing the ships above into a polycule, although i do think they'll work out just fine on their own too! What good aa ship hasn't started with a murder accusation anyway👍 I haven't given it much thought but i think they'll be very sweet together after eventually getting to trust each other, and also I'd really like to see Lang being a cool dad for Shaun. Also fan art with them is rare but beautiful!
