“Don’t you think it’s, like, kind of fu— messed up?” Wendell asks, voice hardly above a whisper.

Liv blinks over at him. The two of them are huddled in the attic of some half abandoned building, one that had been getting noise complaints from the neighbors around — creaking floors, slamming doors, half the building collapsing in on itself, the whole shebang. There’s some ghost tracking device in the middle of the room, one Liv hardly understands the details of, but that’s why they’re both here. Wendell’s good at dragging them into situations, Liv’s good at digging them out. Allegedly. It’s felt sort of flipped, lately.

“You can swear, y’know,” she says instead. “I won’t be offended.”

So, I feel like a lot of you are here for my UTMV and Dad Noot stuff. But if you take a quick look around you may notice some Soriel. Well. I have multiple chapter fics that are soriel related that I am still picking away at as the mood strikes me. And this one is Gaster Blaster AU related, which is like... my favorite AU. There is seriously not enough GBAU love. I think, next to The Door, this one is near and dear to my heart.

For those of you who know this, here's a chapter summary: Toriel meets up with an old friend on her way back.
