There’s still a fuzziness to her mind from her concussion, despite having been awake several hours and there’s no denying the pain she feels from the cuts in her feet with every step she took. But with her hand trailing the walls she’d been slowly walking the halls of her home, searching for her brothers. Adam had been the one to tell her that Jackson had made it out but that didn’t stop there being a weight lifted off her chest when she finally laid eyes on him. “Jackson.” There’s so much relief packed into one word that she’s surprised it comes out as softly as it does but even with the quiet uttering the emotion is obvious on her face. Instead of waiting in doorway for him to invite her in as she had when she returned, Lia went straight in. There had been too much happen for caution to apply and there was no holding back - not when the last time she’d seen him he’d been pinned down by some faceless agent.
