It took a while longer than it should have due to incomplete forms, delays in communication and all that fun stuff, but you all should now have a giftee to make something for. If you haven’t received yours, please contact us asap! If it looks like we’ve made a mistake with the assignments and you get something you didn’t sign up for, please do tell us and we’ll check it out!

Hi again, Code Geass fandom!

The Valentine’s Day fanwork exchange will be back this Valentine’s (2017). As before, the exchange will follow a pattern familiar from Secret Santa events; you fill out a form, we assign you a person to draw/write/make a fanwork gift for and someone to make yours.

You can already find the sign-up form here. We’re still trying to get a feel for how busy people are this year, but the tentative deadline for sign-ups is January 1, and February 14 for submissions.

So this is important: if you are thinking of participating, would these dates work for you? We opened the form already to avoid the last-minute rush of last year, but we’re still in the polling stage.

Event reminder

Hello! As you already know, the deadline was last Sunday, and most of you have already posted your gifts. The queue will be posting the existing submissions during the next couple of days. Thank you all so much for helping us make this happen! That said, there are a handful of people who have not yet submitted anything. One has contacted us to say they need more time, and we’re working on getting status updates from the rest. If you haven’t seen a gift for you yet, don’t worry, we’ll make sure you get something! You will know what’s going on as soon as we do.
