Somehow he had ended in that side of the city again. That one which helplessly reminded him of Fuyuki and Miyama. Kinda good and kinda bad memories, but it didn’t matter, he’d been through worse and probably that wasn’t the end of it. He’d just laugh at his bad luck as he faded away again.
Fortunately, Spirale was filled with opportunities and now his pockets were full with ‘starchips’ ready to be wasted on cigs n’ beer. It was a good day. He had even found a very similar Hawaiian shirt for the heated summer.
And yet, there he stood, before the shop that felt strangely familiar, almost as if he had seen it before. A hand reached, scratched the back of his head as the red eyes stared boredly at the collection of magical instruments displayed.
Beyond the runes and clutter, he saw that unmistakable face, dark hair and blue-green eyes.
Now his luck had changed as he shamelessly entered the shop.
“Yo,” Lancer grinned at Rin, friendly despite his feral nature, nonchalant despite his violent death.
“Missed me, ojou-san? I found your boy the other day in the Fantasia place. Figured you’d want him in one piece. He made it out alive again. ”
