my face has been clear for WEEKS but the day i have to be out and about and talking to people my face decides it's going to break out. uuggghhhhh

so two weeks ago i had a bad feeling regarding my paycheck, and decided to shake it off because i was being my paranoid self, and it turned out i wasn't going to get paid. i had to wait until the next pay period. so today i'm getting ready to go pick up my check and i'm telling my step-dad that i have a bad feeling again. so he gives me some money for gas and says just in case something happens and you can't get or cash your check. so i get to to HR to get my check and my boss says she has massively screwed up. she said she had another girl who worked with them but doesn't anymore who also has my name (but she doesn't, my name is slightly different, but whatever) and she put her check to process and not mine. she was on the verge of tears! i was like why are you crying? i'm the one without a check. she said she was working on it and that i would be able to get my check later on today. which was fine, but i KNEW something was going to happen. and just my luck, something did. but it's cool, it's cool. i get to pick up my check around 12:30. FINALLY. I'll be able to get my mom something for mother's day and get us some much needed groceries. thank. god.

i'm not getting paid today. they are making me wait until the next pay period. what a huge fucking bummer.
