There is none. There is no uniform practice for this, in fact I would bet each Volva or each family had their own way of practicing. Dont worry if you think it might not be the right way. Make your own right way. My posts are simply meant to share my style or experiences if you do things a different way more power to you. Customize your practice as much as you want you are just as valid and much more powerful this way.

For Friday Brag, we celebrate the General Magic documentary making the Top 10 on iTunes. Celebrating wins both big and small is a habit that cultivates happiness. Susan isn’t personally in the movie 🎥 but many of the people she directly worked with, while she was there are in the movie. Susan lead the Magic Banking team building the first mobile home banking application for Visa Interactive. Ironically, Susan happens to be visiting the island 🌴 of Kona this week. The last time Susan visited the island, she was had been working for General Magic. Working for General Magic was a transformative time in her career where she was able to combine her user interface design skills, management and engineering experience.
