I forgot to give a testimony for my German exam yesterday.
First question of listening was disgusting and I did not understand most of what was said. As a result I gave up on it, promising to come back to it later. I finished the listening section quite quickly before I got to the last question for it and realised the tracks were missing. I told the invigilators who said they’ll sort it out and give us extra time. I underestimated what extra time meant.
They restarted our exam time from 9:45 so we got an extra 45 mins for our exam. Honestly, that was all God’s doing. He blessed us with extra time for our exam AND he also gave us a really cute essay title for Das Leben der Anderen.
Also, for the first question I literally just guessed all my answer. There was even a word which I didn’t understand but I put it down anyway because it could be right. When I was with Ian, I checked for what it meant and mateeee it was actually right as an answer. LOOOL. I love playing games with German, my teacher always tell me off for doing silly things like put down words I don’t know the actual meaning to as answers. Haha.
It still hasn’t hit me yet that I’m done with this subject, or language even.
Maybe because I’m not and I will strive to ensure that I become fluent in it.
