Fat tastes good! When companies remove the fat from foods they have to make up for that lost of taste. How do they do that? WITH SUGAR!! This is why the "fat free" craze was so nuts. I just wanna say "stop it!" When I see people going for the "fat free" options. Eating healthy fats like olive oils, avocados, nuts, coconut oil, eggs, these won't make you fat. SUGAR makes you fat!!! Want to be healthier? Choose real, whole foods, add in healthy fats, take great supplements and limit your sugar intake. Cut out toxic artificial sweeteners (I'm looking at you, diet soda 😝). Not to mention, eating healthy fats will let you feel fuller longer! They're way higher in satiety!
