This is a great cardio and weight combo! U can use a basketball or small weight 5 or 10lbs. Some days it's hard to get going, and I really didn't have that drive today. BUT I do not want to take a step back in my journey towards a better and healthier me!! And really-- all it takes is that initial just do it attitude, and ten minutes into it UR GOOD TO GO!
