This is Stephanie. What a wonderful testimony: “I have debated whether or not to post these pics, because I’m kind of embarrassed how far I had let myself go, but here goes. Please be nice. 😂. One month on the drink. Down 10lbs and 14 inches totally gone over my entire body. I have stuck to the carb manager app and not gone over 50 grams of carbs. I do have one cheat day a week, which is Sunday. I can tell the KG4 is eating my belly fat. 🤣.
