Part one of my workout today. Since I’m doing a fast my workouts are pretty low impact but this was still very intense. Each ankle weight is 15lbs (that’s just what I’m comfortable with you can use any weight) and I did 10 reps of each move 4 times The moves are listed below Squats side walks Squat with side leg lift Jumping jacks Single legged pulses (alternative leg each round) This was followed by another part which I’ll show at a later time but I hope you guys get something from this and try it.
