I'm living in London currently for school. It was not my first choice city and in fact I've always kind of thought of it as.... not somewhere I would voluntarily live. However the more I'm there and explore the more I like it. I do genuinely enjoy it now but also I come from the south east us and am used to subtropical climates so I definitely miss home. When I was younger the only real goal I had was to move somewhere far away, but the more I do it (I've lived places a couple months at a time previously. Chicago and Osaka notably) the more I realize how much I really love my home and how much of a home I have created there.

that’s really lovely that london has grown on you! it’s funny how life can bring us to such unexpected places. it sounds like you’ve really been able to experience many interesting homes (osaka must have been so cool!!)! i grew up in the north east US, where i still live currently, so oppositely i feel drawn to the south eastern climate. sometimes going away just allows you to appreciate home all the more! my hope is to grow a collection of living experiences just like you have, and then if i want to come back here i will be more than okay with that! :) thank you for sharing this story! i hope you continue to enjoy exploring london and wherever the next chapter of your journey brings you <3

SAME TBH like... this is extremely cheesy but i think while theyre in antiva city (bc. they definitely go there post-plot, idc if it's for a short amount of time bc goddammit give orion this one thing), orion would find this stray kitten near the place that they're staying, and he'd start putting food out for it once in a while and it'd become a habit, like he'd look out for it and call out to it and it'd be a Chum, basically. and then dorian would find out and tease orion for being so soft (orion would get so mad LMAO), but he'd get in on it too...... they'd end up taking care of it.... and then when it's time to leave antiva city and head back to skyhold, orion would just be like. "can we. maybe. keep it" and dorian would be all "MAKER YES" and they'd take the lil pampered thing back with them. it's a very good cat... idk what they'd name it though... orion would prob want some sort of herb-ish name, while dorian would want a name thats very ~tevinter~... it'd end up with a ton of different names.... (like how cassandra has a bunch of names LMAO) hello ser felandaris septimia pavus...aka felly or fella... god...
