To the spirit, or whatever the fuck it is that's been bothering me this fine evenin: please leave me be, I'm pretty fuckin tired and stressed, so please. Just please. Leave me be. Tis not like I can hear ya anyway.

It got so bad, that I could not have a normal conversation, over the phone with a friend -due to the loud breathing in my ear and the disembodied voice that was right beside me (which I will have you know, is pretty fucking distraction and rather rude..) Also both of us where in a quiet room with no back-ground noise.

So just to be sure that it was not any of the bad-kinda-energy-thingy-not-sure-what-the-fuck-it-was, I decided to leave salt by every door and window, make sage-tea and throw it at said doors and windows -and perform some further cleansing rituals that I will not go into further detail with.

I've a feeling it actually worked, so we'll see.

Here's my opinion.  I honestly believe in ghosts.  I think they're here on Earth for a reason.  To fulfill something in death that they couldn't finish in life.  Yeah.  I also think that if you're ever visited by or haunted by one, it's for a reason.  Maybe they're just curious, or they want to comfort you, or maybe they want to kill you.  

Also, never try doing a ouija board.  It's sold as a game but seriously don't try it.  I don't think there's anything good about calling the dead.  Especially if you don't have a particular person you're trying to reach.  You might think it's all fun and games but you might call something malevolent and evil.  You can never be too careful.  Maybe that's just the superstitious side of me but yeah.
