Great news y’all :D

so I set up my mantis enclosure a few weeks ago and got tons of great feedback from @mantisblr​ and from the members over at mantidforum.net! (huge thank you to everyone who helped me out!) I also finally picked up a hygrometer and the humidity in the enclosure stays right around 60% (with fluctuations 3% or less) :D The temperature in my room also stays 74-76 constantly! :D This means I shouldn’t have to buy an under-tank heater or worry too much about the humidity. I’ll probably mist the glass once or twice a week in case my mantis would like to take a sip~ but that’s all :3 I’ve decided to go with a ghost mantis for my first mantis and for feeding I’ll either be hand-feeding or moving my mantis over to a smaller feeding jar since the enclosure might be a bit big and I don’t want the prey to be able to hide :p I can’t wait to order one, I’m so excited >w< sadly, I’ll have to wait a while to order my mantis tho :/ (new kitten and all) but hopefully I’ll have one by the end of the summer or by the beginning of the fall semester :)
