It's really weird because it sort of is a thing but isn't. Like some shops will sell halloween decorations and some people will dress up (badly) and go trick or treating but there is a 80% chance if you do it people will have a go at you for doing the 'fucking american tradition'. I've been trick or treating 3 times, first time we got like 3 houses that gave us lollies and the second we got none and third we got heaps. It's really weird!! It's like the country sort of wants to do halloween but won't fully commit ITS SO DUMB
