homestuck theory stuff because yeah
how about no???????? bc yeah obviously he did it on purpose and he wasn't devastated because he hurt the girl he loved to the point where he physically hurt himself and took an oath of silence afterwards for her
like yeah sure he's in league with gamzee BUT!!!! how long has he been in league with gamzee and a cult freak because if you don't remember gamzee messing with john's dreams and stuff a bit, if gamzee can use all these passages and stuff maybe he did the same thing to kurloz, only to a much more extreme, pouring the pure terror of the vast honk and everything into his dreams and twisting kurloz's mind completely with clown religion, beyond repair.
And because of that, meulin and kurloz grew apart, even though they still loved one another, and meulin tried as hard as she could to stay with him because she CARED and he cared and so she accepted his religion stuff too, possibly even just allowing herself to be brainwashed in the first place, convinced she was just taking religious drugs (the "bad nip") or something
and mituna!!!!!! i bet mituna found out about kurloz's voodoo weirdness and his plot with gamzee and he went to tell cronus and then BAM VOODOO JUJU WHEN HE WAS VULNERABLE which you find in the flash game???? and brain damage so cronus is scared to talk about it aaannnnddddd yeah
i think i read into homestuck too much
at least meulin over there is excited about it
