somedays theres nothing left to say, even after I haven't been able to really say a word at all. I want so badly to form meaningful connections, but I don't know how. I just get scared. and scared is suppose to be a super power, but I don't feel very super today. progress and healing take time, I know that

how am I suppose to know what choices are the healthy ones? what relationships are best for me? at the end of the day I'm me, I sleep with me, I love me, I have me. and I'm surprisingly ok with that.

But to have the ideas I need some sleep. ( Dang I am saying Giberish right now)

I think Hordak wants me to sleep.. tomorrow I have things to do at the farm.( Relax...I will not drive today.)
