For some reason I’ve decided to continue the 200 Followers event, because it was fun! So please send in some questions for Gilbert and Krischan!

Krischan was there a moment in your life where you and Gilbert got along?

Prussia, 1806

Napoleon has invaded many parts of Europe, including Prussia after a devastating defeat.

Krischan: “The only time I can remember where we managed to be civil with each other for several years was during the Napoleonic era. We both felt extremely humiliated by the quick and miserable defeat we suffered against France’s armies. And even more aggrieved by our king’s unwillingness to act against the occupation!”

Gilbert: “Indeed. We actually managed to work together and convince our king finally to fight back and go to war with France. Many others, as you know, joined the fight.”

Krischan: “But after Napoleon was defeated and things were back to normal - more or less - our cooperation was finished and we went back to hating each other’s guts.”

Gilbert: “You hate my guts, for unknown reasons. I just dislike you.”

Krischan: “Because I hate you. And those reasons are very well known, you just refuse to see them.”

Krischan: “You know damn well I don’t want you in there!”

Gilbert: “Then you should’ve locked the door!”

Gilbert: “I would help - I wanted to! If Krischan would let me.”

Gilbert and Krischan, what're your favourite hobbies and what are your favourite weapons?

Krischan: “We like to do fencing and other versions of sword fighting. I always win, of course.”

Gilbert: “I’m still convinced you are cheating.”

Gilbert: “Why are your followers just as violent as you.”

Krischan: “Because I’ve taught them well.”

Krischan: “You don’t understand anon. We’ve been like this as long as I can remember. It’s not like we have never tried to get along or talk it out. But it’s just impossible with this man!”

Gilbert: “You keep blaming me for everything!”

Krischan: “Because you are the problem!”

Gilbert: “You lack self reflection, Krischan!”
