Has anyone heard of something called System Guard?

Because it's coming up as a virus that pretends to be an anti-viral program and shuts stuff off.

Interesting it was in a download....

It won't allow a system restore and finding it is tough.  It is obviously in the rootkit.  Doing some more research.
