Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp molasses. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg. Pinch of salt. 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips optional, for topping.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips if desired.
