Could not figure out why so many people were taking photos of a cat. So, obviously, I too stopped to take a photo of the cat so I wouldn't miss out. Does anyone know anything about this? Like why is it there? Did someone put it there? How long do they make it sit there like that? It was wearing a thing around its neck so I'm guessing it is a tourist thing?
