Let's Talk Hair (with Lucido-L!) ♥
I've been "blessed" with really thick and dry hair ever since I was born and it was a bit difficult for me to manage it. I had to use a lot of shampoo so that everything gets shampooed properly, I couldn't get haircuts above my shoulders because it's going to "poof" out (and you wouldn't want to see that,) and it took me almost an hour just to get all of my hair properly straightened with a hair straightener. My mom and I have considered getting a rebond treatment for years now but from most accounts of my friends: their hair became a bit frizzy starting from the top of their scalp and it went on until it reached the end; they get another treatment; and the cycle goes on.
Last March, I had my hair colored using Etude's Bubble Hair Color and the Mocha Pink slowly faded away after a few months. My hair became a bit dryer compared to the usual dryness (eep!) and so I'm currently living my unicorn life with a thick, dry, and (somewhat) damaged crowning glory. :-(
I'd usually daydream of getting fluffy hair (with all the lovely curls) thanks to Tricia Gosingtian and her forever pretty hair + Japanese-inspired hairstyles like the ones below (straight hair would be really nice as well!):
Don't they look pretty? I've always wanted to get that "ooh-I-feel-like-I'm-in-a-Japanese-magazine" feeling with their lovely hairstyles (and fashion, of course.)
Tricia recently blogged about an amazing Japanese hair styling brand, Lucido-L and I'm trying my luck into getting my hands on a Lucido-L Hair Make Supplement Treatment Oil (Straight) and a Lucido-L Hair Make Supplement Styling Milk (Wave)! *fingers crossed* Anything Japanese has pretty much influenced a huge part of my life already and if given the chance to win these Japanese products, I'd definitely use them with care and it's close enough to having that "Japanese magazine" feeling. Plus! These products actually moisturize your hair and it protects it from too much heat which makes it 10x better!!
Check out their products and let's all have nice pang-Japanese magazines hairstyles with Lucido-L! ♥
