Do you have any tips for insomnia?

not really lmao its literally 2:30 in the morning for my rn and im still up,, ngl a lot of nights i just turn off my laptop and lay there in the dark and if i still can’t sleep after a couple of hours i that i’ll get up a go for a walk

stressing yourself abt the fact that you can’t sleep isn’t helpful, so if its really not happening, i suggest getting up and doing something for a bit and then try falling back to sleep again later
