Glazed or Polished Finish

Fabric goes through calendaring and a glaze is added to the top of it that “coats” the fabric and adds some shine. 

If a fabric is printed it is called a “Chintz” If it’s a solid color it is called a “Polished Cotton” 

The fabric is now highly reflective, more resistant to soil, has less drape, and wrinkles easier
