the other day, when I was at my neurologist's office, i was reading people magazine. there was a big article on the earthquake in japan. Suddenly i realized, somewhere in my selfish day to day life, i completely forgot it had happened.

There was a death count of maybe 15,800? I feel so horrible about all those affected. i  cant believe it. They are just like us....and I feel as though I, and I'm sure many others, have turned our backs on them.

I plan to do a lot more reading up on whats going on presently over there. and I hope others will as well.
