Okay like, OBJECTIVELY Will is much more like Sam personality-wise, but FUNCTIONALLY in the plot, Will is the one carrying the burden and Mike is the one supporting him, so Mike gets to be Sam but he's on thin fucking ice
Max: Gimli
Hilarious to me because she is a small, fiery redhead who eventually makes an unlikely bond with Steve
Nancy: Boromir
Good, but has made significant mistakes and tried to rectify them
