OTP? Castle and Beckett, cause duh.
BrOTP? Esposito and Ryan, with an honorable mention to Ryan and Castle.
NoTP? Ryan and Esposito. I just don't buy it.
Gates or Montgomery? Gates.
Favorite episode? Cops and Robbers, though I've got a feeling that'll change tomorrow.
Least favorite episode? Heartbreak Hotel is pretty uninspiring, as is The Fast and the Furriest.
Favorite guest star? Laura Prepon.
Favorite quote? "If we want the happy ending, we can't give up. That's the deal."
Favorite Caskett moment? Their dance at Prom in 'Smells Like Teen Spirit'. I also really love the proposal.
Caskett moment you would have done differently? How? It's not so much a writing change as directing - I think I would have taken some of the gravity out of Castle's build up to the proposal. I understand what they were going for, and it works in full with the rest of the scene that aired in 'Watershed', but its just a hair too morose for me.
What is your take on the Beckett/Esposito relationship pre-series? I don't think it was much of a relationship. If we're going to pretend it's canon, I think it'd have been friends with benefits that went nowhere after the first or second attempt.
Do you want Caskett babies? If the show can do it convincingly, sure.
FanFiction recommendation? Right now, I'm loving What Happens in AC by bunysliper
What do you like in a fic? A good story with appropriate grammar, spelling, and characterizations. If your sentence structure is off, or I feel the characters are OOC, I'm not going to read it. Generally speaking, I can decide if I want to read a fic or not by the fourth paragraph.
One wish for season 7? I'd love something where the team has to work in alternate pairings. Like maybe a blackout or something paralyzes the city, separating Castle and Beckett so that he's stuck with Esposito, Beckett with Ryan. Or Lanie and Castle, Esposito and Gates etc.
