Sorry for the all caps, and the * graphic images * but please, please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! Just like traditional floor glue traps (that are equally horrendous for animals), the Trapstik is an extremely sticky surface that the company suggests hanging outdoors where wasps or flies are a problem. Many people have hung up the Trapstik in their yards, only to find birds, bats and other wildlife stuck to it. This is excruciatingly painful for the animal, and an almost certain death as it is very difficult to remove the animal without permanent damage. The Trapstick is currently being sold at hardware and department stores, as well as on-line. Please, do not purchase this product (or any glue based traps) and let your local retailer know how unsafe the Trapstik is for wildlife.
