1 Definition
Etoposid ist ein Arzneistoff aus der Gruppe der Zytostatika, der das Enzym Topoisomerase II hemmt.
2 Chemie
Chemisch handelt es sich bei Etoposid um ein Glykosid-Derivat des Podophyllotoxins.
3 Indikationen
Etoposid wird allein oder in Kombination zur Chemotherapie maligner Tumoren eingesetzt, z.B. bei:
