How'd you come to the 10-20 ft size spread for your optimal giantess? I've always felt like 6-8ft was a sweet spot--big enough where they can physically overwhelm you, but small enough where...y'know...everything will still work reasonably well, in terms of anatomy. 10-20ft seems like...they're not going to register as a person, y'know?
Listen, I'm not here to come off as a Kink Purist or whatever, but 8ft doesn't really seem to be Giantess™ to me. Like, the tallest confirmed actual, living woman was 8'1" tall. The tallest woman attested would have been almost 8'7" tall. While rare, there have been real life people that extend past your optimal range. Maybe I'm just greedy, but I would consider these women to be Tall, certainly, but not giantesses. Giantesses conjures, for me, something dabbling in the realm of fantasy, even if it's only by a few feet. And if we're going to fantasize, why limit ourselves to what's physically possible?
Plus, I think you're discounting the actual proportional sizes when you say they won't register as a person. At the low end of my optimal size range, this is what the comparison would look like:
I would be eye-level with her hip, the top of my head just barely reaching her waist. I think someone that size would still register as human to me. A significantly large human, for sure, but still human. And, of course, her proportion in comparison to mine isn't the only proportion. Because of the size greed that poisons my mind, I'd want my giantess to be curvy, too. What would be D cups on a normal-sized person would eclipse my head when she's that tall! And that's only the beginning! As her breasts get bigger, they're not just growing in proportion to her body, but to mine, too! Breasts that reach her bellybutton would dominate my torso and then some. I could lay across breasts that reach her hips like a soft, warm bed! Sure, her wide hips and juicy ass could overwhelm me, but that's half the fun, right?
And it only grows more intense as she grows bigger. Because, again, from ten feet, she's not just growing taller—she's growing in every direction. Up and out. Taller and wider and thicker. From her perspective, her figure might be staying exactly the same, but from mine, she's expanding! Her tits go from being a bed together to being a bed, each. I rapidly lose the ability to reach my arms all the way around her hips. As she reaches 20' tall and I wind up only reaching her knee, that line between person and a feature of the landscape might start to get a bit blurred, but not enough to keep me from having fun exploring her body and, well, that's partially why it's at the top end of my range.
As far as things working well in terms of anatomy, if you're genuinely concerned about that—and I mean no disrespect—I think you're just not being creative enough.
