Beth '15, Junior Panhellenic Delegate, Business Administration: Management major and psychology minor, says, "When my boyfriend/fiancé and biggest support system left for the Air Force, the Sisters of Alpha Xi Delta gave me the love and support that I needed. He wasn't really sold on the whole sorority aspect, since most of what he heard was negative. However, he later found his opinions to be misconceptions. These girls helped me gain so much over my time here at Lyco and I'm so happy to be a part of this amaXing organization." #goaxid

Julie ‘16, Social Media Chair, Archaeology and History double major with an Art History minor, says, “Coming from an all-girls’ high school, I knew the empowerment that comes from being surrounded by strong women. However, I was nervous that the stereotypical “sorority girl” wouldn’t be able to accept me, because I always felt ‘different’ and ‘other’ from the norm. I found a chapter I loved, realized the sisters were all unique, signed my bid, and never looked back. What I have experienced these past few years is an endless love, support, and encouragement to face anything I may fear or feel anxious about, because my sisters always have my back and will walk with me hand-in-hand if I needed it. I have found sisters who encourage my obsession with the history of our National Fraternity, my coffee addiction, and my love of hugs. Though I am a junior, I know that the best decision of my college career was joining the sisters of Alpha Xi Delta so that every single day I am closer to realizing my potential.” #goaxid
