Today I learned that 8th graders are full of energy. I helped out with their retreat and by lunch all the leaders were basically dead but these kids acted like there was no tomorrow. We just sat there in astonishment. Why can't I have that energy? I do not want to be in 8th grade again, since I'm so close to finishing high school, but I would like to have the unlimited energy these kids possessed.
