I'm still trying to get better at painting my own shirts and this one is so nerdy but I love it!! (It's also super comfy) #deathnote #dn #lightyagami #kira #godofthenewworld #mine #nerdy #personal (at Birmingham Gardens, Jesmond)
Of trenchcoats and warm days || @god-of-the-new-world
Akihiko was not one for capes. Or trenchcoats, for that matter. While both greatly restricted movement, the latter was something that almost always carried something foreboding, for it was a piece of clothing he only saw on gangsters or on businessmen. And possibly secret agents, but that was only in those silly American movies, wasn't it?
It was something especially unheard of on sunny days, so when he spotted a man in a trenchcoat with his back against a lamp post on his solitary path on the way home, one could practically hear the alarm bells ringing inside his head. As if that wasn't enough, he could sense this person was someone he shouldn't mess with.
Instinct told him that this person held a lot more power than he did, though to what extent, he was not eager to discover. Stealing one more glance at the person, he decided to walk past the other, hoping that his business wasn't with him, and lay with some other unfortunate soul who walked that path.
