Rainer Maria Rilke, from Rilke’s Book of Hours: Love Poems to God
can't a god-fearing woman be a bit of a devil worshipper
Wanna suck on a girl’s tits so bad. Wanna lay on top of a girl and play with her tits while she strokes my hair and enjoys herself.

If you are looking for where God might be in harrowing times such as these, here is one place: it is raining heavily in my city, which doesn’t happen often. We also have one of the more urgent housing crises here, and a terribly inadequate emergency shelter system. My boyfriend has been puzzling over how the impending rain will affect our neighbors on the street, and what we can do to try and make it even a little bit better. He decided he wants to distribute rain ponchos, tarps, dry socks, and laundry supplies for a mutual aid group (they are expecting a lot of folks will want to clean up and dry off this week). With in six hours we scrapped together $500 between our friends and parents. God’s here, with, in, and through our work. Look for the helpers, look for the ones with hope. God has not abandoned us.
We gotta go back to the days of early Christianity, where believers refused to serve in the military. There's entirely too many boot-licking evangelicals. Like, that's fundamentally what Jesus was against.
i haven't checked in with the humans for a while, i wonder how they're going with that advice i gave them, sure hope they haven't taken it the wrong way or something
Hey!
I've meant to ask, but haven't encountered anyone from the denomination: what does "Apostolic" mean for yall?
Hi, Thank you so much for the ask!
Apostolic means we are built upon the teachings of the apostles and the prophets, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone. We believe God is one person/being revealed as the Father in Creation, the Son in his humanity and redemption (still divine), and as the Holy Ghost in regeneration God the Father is a Spirit, and placed his divine Spirit in the man Christ Jesus showing his manifestation as God almighty. We do not deny the existence of all three, but we believe he is One.
We baptize in Jesus name because the name of Father IS Jesus, the name of the Son IS Jesus, and the name of the Holy Ghost IS Jesus, this aligns with both Matthew 28:19 (it only mentions one singular name, that name is Jesus) and Acts 2:38 and many more verses in scripture. Salvation through the death, burial, and resurrection of submerged Baptism in Jesus name as well as being born again in the Spirit/being filled with Holy Ghost and continuing steadfastly in our walk with God.

Pentecostal means we believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost like on the day of Pentecost and throughout the New Testament (and spoken of in the Old Testament) with the initial evidence (but not the only sign) of speaking in other tongues, miracles signs and wonders, and power and authority over spirits of darkness.

We also believe in separation from the world and dressing modestly. We also do not partake in everything the world does, and we show ourselves separate in our actions, lifestyles, attitudes, how we treat ourselves and others, and our conversations.
