Drew this today as an excuse to practice cel shading and relearn how to use Photoshop. Also, after drawing this I happened to watch the amusement park episode of DB where Goku tries to steal someone's ice cream, so... it's basically canon that he would do this, lol. (i realize now he should prob be saying オラ tho, not 私. Oops)

First drawing I ever posted on tumblr in 2013. This drawing was the first I ever did on a computer with a tablet. I redrew my pic now in 2019 and I have to say I’m pretty proud (still need to work on coloring/and hands!) I hope it’s not just me that can see the improvements. Lol
