“A what?!” Did she just say date? And with him?! Did she KNOW who she was talking too? There’s no way he would be date material but for the sake of NOT having her drag him into civilization, he opted a compromise. “Alright, I accept your invitation. But my one request is that we keep our courting out of the public’s eyes.” Less people around meant less of a chance anyone would get hurt.

Protector of childhood dreams; someone had to do it, && he'd do anything for his siblings. If that meant taking all the darkness in this world and swallowing it himself, he was a more then willing participant.

“Having fun?” And here he is in Liyue Harbor.  Lumine probably didn’t exactly expect to see him, but he knew social conventions dictated he should stop by and say hello when he saw her.  “It’s been a couple years since I came to see the Lantern Rite.”

It wasn’t late but to receive a visit from the traveler at this time of day? Hmm she definitely had something up her sleeves if she’d make the way here. “Must be nice, being the country’s heroine means you simply need to show your face and you could enter without booking an appointment.” A snide remark..or attempt of the former scribe being a ‘friendly tease’. “Hope you’v been in good health, so how can I help you?”
