Jake is a "hero" dog in the Morris Animal Foundation #goldenretrieverlifetimestudy. They are studying 3,000 #GoldenRetrievers throughout their lives to help identify why they get cancer. Jake has a special vet visit every year with Dr. Chris at @parkanimalhospital to get samples taken for the study. We also answer extensive questionnaires every year about what he eats and almost every aspect of his life. We lost our beloved Ginger and Wilson to cancer and hope Jake can be a small part of helping the canine community diminish the impact cancer has on it. #cancersucks (at Park Animal Hospital & Wellness Center)
